Oh gosh--Now I know I wasn't the only one who went "Awwwww" after watching the Remember You episode

I really wanted to draw young Marcy with human Ice King, and yes I did put him in his very early stage of transformation. Why? Because I wanted to draw Simon like he originally was, whether he knew Marceline back then or not.

Gotta love creative liberty.

Seeing as the storyboards indicate that Simon gave Marcy Hambo as a 'goodbye gift' before he left her, and Marcy was likely giving an inaccurate account of the events of Simon & Marcy, we never saw the beginning of their relationship. Therefore, it is possible that she knew him back before he went through any significant change.

Anyways, great job on the effects! I especially appreciate the way you burnt the edges of the photograph.
